CASTING
Casting is a process that kind of defines Speedwell’s four decades of manufacturing excellence. From our beginning in Jamnagar in 1982 to our new manufacturing hub in Rajkot, we have strived to be at the forefront of casting technology. Speedwell’s core competency has always been in Non-Ferrous metal Casting including Brass, Gun Metal, Aluminum Bronze & Aluminum. We deploy the Flexible Manufacturing process which enables us to run our casting operations for low, medium, and high-volume production, prototyping, automated molding, manual molding, sand core molding, and shell core molding. We also offer permanent mold casting. In addition to our casting services, we provide assembly, engineering, inspection, and machining. Our finishing services include polishing, powder coating, production machining, and vibratory finishing.
